The design calls for the development of a 101725SQM plot of land in Zhengzhou's Economical and Technical Development Area, as a complex for the area's management committee, comprising of 13500SQM of green park, 67000SQM of combined services centre/offices and hotel, alongside 60000SQM of commercial towers.

The primary concept behind the design of the main building is based upon the need to seperate the various users and visitors, and furthermore, the sharing of common functions. The nature of the building function invites a large amount of visitors who come for different purposes. These complex functions and flows have been carefully analysed and the proposed building aims to arrange these as best as possible to create an efficient experience for its building users.

The iconic building form allows for the extension of the central park to the void beneath the conference centre, which bridges between the hotel and the services centre at high level.

The commercial towers either sides of the central park feature stacking podiums with stepping terraces that relate to the publicrealm, and sunken terraces that activate the podium retail.
