The orthogonal grid overlaid onto the site is distorted to create a through connection between the residential areas. The landscaped boulevard is a gathering place for the visitors, and opens up views to the lake diagonally opposite.

The building forms sandwich the central landscaped boulevard to create a welcoming public space that connects adjacent plots.

The various blocks are connected at different heights by exterior circulation bridges and ramps.
