The orthogonal grid overlaid onto the site is distorted to create a through connection between the residential areas. The landscaped boulevard is a gathering place for the visitors, and opens up views to the lake diagonally opposite.

The shopping mall is divided into 2 halves and is positioned either sides of the landscaped boulevard. The buildings take the form of an artificial valley that steps floor by floor.

In addition to the shopping centre’s internal circulation, a series of exterior circulation ramps and stairs connect the landscaped boulevard and the stepped terraces, activating the commercial units facing the boulevard.
