Adjacent to Remin Park, the podium of the proposed commercial complex steps back to create a series of exterior terraces, giving views to and hence forming an artificial topogaphty that responds to the natural topography of Remin Park.

The design positions the 180m commercial tower on the Eastern edge of the site, strategically marking the presence of the development to the major approach from Minzhu Road. The two resettlement residential towers are 100m in height and are positioned on the Western edge of the site, with views to the park.
